Nothing beats middle eastern fast food chains in terms of grams of protein per $. You get yourself a shawarma sandwich, or better yet, a plate, and you get lots of meat for very cheap, very quickly prepared, and it tastes great.

I'd say in terms of food quality McDonalds is the worst of all the major chains. It's literal trash, the patties are thin, the beef poor quality, fries overloaded with oil

The mcflurries are ok but there's 42g of sugar in one of them which is crazy
