This guy got clavicle lengthening with some russian surgeon using distraction. All the surgeons who perform clavicle lengthening in the west(only Eppley and Leif rodgers afaik) only lengthen by 1-2cm and use the sliding clavicle osteotomy which limits how much widening can be achieved because...

Clavicles are overhyped theyre maybe 1 or 2% of a mans attractiveness. Its all about the face and height
