I was on 1200 cal per day , only junk food , at a bodyweight of 62kg for 173-175cm

being on a 1200 calorie deficit and eating like shit is a really bad idea at 15 tbh, you probably stunted some of your frame/height growth

consier yourself lucky than, i was always low body fat also, had best set abs in my gym and wheins of arms was poping like crazy. thats because of genetics, we are lucky, lot of people dont have that

True , but 1200 calories is normal for me , i went from 67 to 81kg with an average of 1800-2000 calories per day

bullshit. it is just impossible to gain that much with that deficit, i was eating 3000-3300 calories to get 76kg, small deficit is acceptable but no that much.

1800-2000 calories is a lot for me . I counted my calorues for few days during my.bulk and the zverage amount was around 1900 per day and i finished my bulk at around 81kg. I think i have a slow metabolism , this is why . No bullshut , why i would lie for this lmao

seems false, but alright everyone is different maybe thats the reason. it is mind blowing if what you are saying is true that someone it bulking with 2000calories. 2000calories is just reccomended for non gym users to just exist lol :D

No its not , on a average day ( no bulk no deficit ) i eat like 1500 calories and can stay at a bodyweight of 75kg . But bulk is the key.
If i eat 3000 calories i will end up 90kg at 17yo for 180cm ( full of fat )

mirin did it affect your growth? how tall are you now? also you didn’t work out at all at all not even pushups and shit?

I dont think it affected my growth.because my dad is 170cm , my mom is 165cm and i am 180cm at 17 yo . I was doing fighting sport and we used to do like 4x15 push ups 2 time per week ( wich is not optimal for bodybuilding ) .
