I already ascended fucking crazy with my first cycle and rn I already grew a cm on deca only on it for month now started 600mg a week ago and I was cruising at 200mg of deca for 3 weeks and my bench has already increased 20 kg with no fancy dieting or exercise techniques. I’m getting paid tmrw so I’m gonna finally be able to eat alot

I got 2 roided up friends and one of them only increase their bench by 10kg over the whole 20 week test and deca cycle and you can already imagine what he looks like (he’s obese aswell) and another one ran sarms and gained progress like crazy on 50mg of sarms a day for 8 weeks he gained 20kg on bench but it’s not that impressive if you know the principles of half life and ester weight blah blah blah but he don’t go to my gym.

The first one is denying that he’s on roids even tho he boasts abt it and now he’s deppressed since he made no progress since welp he didn’t fucking try jfl.
