i feel like there are two types of things which can fuck you up.
The brain works by responding to external stimulus. You do something positive= you get validation and praise (external stimulus) = your brain responds to the external stimulus and rewards you with dopamine and serotonin.

If you are unhappy either a) You dont have any external stimulus which your brain rewards or b) your brain is fucked and even though you should be happy with the external rewards you arent

Are you doing something in your life which your brain rewards you for? I know only few people who find genuine happiness and content rotting on .me

I dont know how anyone can get friends without being involved in sports,work, school ect... Its not like you can just find random people on the street and ask them to be your friend.

Bc I asked him the same question earlier. Only thing he did is stop shaving the under part of his eyebrows and shave the top instead. He always had good hooding/browridge.
