never lifted. but thats the easy part. how can i hit these macros
i can only cook once a w so i need to meal prep. i need a full plan
Bro if you have never lifted don't bother bulking your body will be so sensitive to training it won't require a giant surplus to grow. In fact as a noob you can grow in a deficit. If you want to eat cheap while bodybuilding just eat some potatoes before workout for carbs and make sure to boil them a long time, some fruit for more carbs, and the rest eggs, organ meats and a few veggies, It should be very cheap

i weigh 65kg so i would go for less than the macros in the video (3.4kcal, 180g protein) but i still dont understand the prices he finds
should i go for 2k cal and high protein for start (100g) ? i will also be on roids. i eat like shit now so any consistent diet of this type will be healthier for me but i got to track macros cant feel like im undereating on days. i want consistency

should i focus more on protein than the calories for now

what a retarded guide. 11 years ago when everything was basically free
1 egg = 13 cents
and in the 25$/week plan he doesnt have any meats

Budget: 25$ a week:

Staples territory. In order to cook almost anything you're going to need something to grease a pan. Oil, get it from an asian grocer, lard gets a bad rap but it's cheap, flavorful and shelf stable. Rice: 25 lbs long grain brown rice + 25 Lbs black beans = roughly 55$ and equates to 75000 calories which will feed you for a month, and it's a complete protein freeing up your nutrition budget for whatever cheap veggies you can find. Eggs are 13 cents apiece, buy them five dozen at a time. Flour: 25lbs is about 9$ and 40000 calories, making it the cheapest nutrition source I know of. Get sugar, yeast, and dry milk to make noodles, gravy, puff pastry, and tortillas. Spend the remaining 20$ a month on the cheapest produce you can find: apples, oranges, cauliflower, onions, bunches of greens, save some money to buy yourself the odd live herb plant to spice up your food. This is about enough food to feed 2 people, but you will get real tired of it. This tiredness is a good thing: it will drive you to become really really good at cooking with a handful of ingredients.

Example meals (all roughly 1$ a meal): scrambled eggs and pancakes with an orange, lentil soup and home-made bread, bean burritos, brothy beans and rice with corn. Egg noodles with homemade alfredo. Homemade roasted tomato soup.

don’t listen to gycel memes.

don’t do standard gymcel diet of your bodyweight in protein, low fat and high carb, and eating 200g of cereal pre and post workout for fast digesting carbs etc. it’s all bs. easiest way to shit health and being a bloated mess.

first of as a beginner, you don’t need to bulk for a year tbh. you’ll make gains easily, lose body fat, and you may look good enough to the point where you never have to bulk.

adopt animal based diet, best decision i made.

like what meals should i eat. can you devise a simple 3-4 meals plan?
forget the word bulk lol. i weigh 65kg i want to gain weight and not bloat

Make sure to eat a minimum of 500g of carbs everyday

Just hop on gear and eat slop and mog 1 year of nattycuck progress in 3 months (without working out]

65*2.2 = grams of protein you need daily more than that is cope

yeah don’t bulk. becoming 65kg of lean mass is infinitely better than 70kg or 75kg of being bloated and fat.
i was in the same position, lowish weight and wanting to get bigger, but as a beginner its totally pointless since your to responsive to training, you can gain so much mass and lose bf as the same body weight. you’d probably gain the same lean mass from maintenance as a bulk.

as for your meals. idk if the forum agrees with me, @ prettyboy and @ kalefartbomb do, but imo the ideal diet is low in carbs.
let’s say you put yourself in a surplus with carbs, carb overflow occurs where you will bloat inevitably and look like u gained a fuck tone of body fat. someone tried to claim recently it doesn’t, so i tried standard gym bro diet for a bit again, holy fuck it’s a looksmin.

me personally Vince Gironda style diet is very ideal and anabolic asf. you don’t have to cut all carbs if you don’t want to, but just know they are not necessary . vegetables, fruits are all ok. just make sure to revolve your diet around meats mainly, you can add dairy and shit if you’d like also (diary is ideal if you want to put yourself in a surplus). chose whatever meat, beef and lamb are my favourite.

in my experience i look lean asf in the face, and my lifts are continuing to progress in the gym. obviously increase in strength each session is a good indicator that your gaining muscle. i made the most progress when i was eating about 500 cals above maintenance actually on this diet. and i didn’t gain any body fat what so ever.

some claim doing this diet is catabolic, it’s not. every diet is catabolic in a deficit, and most find it hard to be in a surplus on this diet due to how satiating protein and fats are. it’s way easier to eat 5000 cals with carbs than 3000 with protein and fats. just know, in a surplus just know this diet is anabolic asf, look at vince tbh, not a single calorie tracked:
