BF% is bodyfat percentage. It's basically how much fat you carry relative to your weight.
You can estimate how much you carry based on visual comparisons found on youtube

For the most accurate results you need go through a DEXA scan

I’m not as strong as the dudes in the picture I’m kinda a twink but I’d say around 20%
