Eventually, the bulk needs to stop but when? What are some measurable goals that trainees can aspire to? I've heard different answers.
- increasing lean muscle mass,
- decreasing fat mass

- Bulk for 1-3 years
- Bulk until you rinse out your noob gains (not sure how to measure this, maybe 20-25lbs of muscle mass?)
- Bulk until you can hit 1 plate ohp, 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift
