5'3 in the morning and 5'2 at night, I'm about 1 inchs taller in the morning.

Is there anyway to keep the morning height for longer? Is it better to just sleep during the day, get up at night so i can have my morning height?

i need to find a way to stop this height compression

You have to sleep on the floor and on your back (head can be slightly tilted if needed).

Go see the chiropractor regularly.

Do as much hanging and planking as possible per day.

Do as much yoga and stretching as possible per day.
