I would like to run a Sarms/serm cycle with gh secretagogues. Interested in possibly testing framemaxing with a Natty plus mindset.
What are measurements I should take before starting I would say I have a decent frame ppl say I have broad shoulders. But like if I was 3 inches taller would my shoulders really be that broad? Anyways here’s some recent pics about 2 months into gym now 3 weeks into peptides.
Also I used to be 175-8lbs in hs. Currently 5’ 11” 168lbs in the morning.
Exercises:
I’m going to best implement the clavicle lengthening exercises into my gym session. As well as dead hangs. And some rib expanding exercises I’ve seen on this forum and YouTube.
I assume there’s a difference between total shoulder width and how long ur clavicles are compared to muscle growth. If anybody has a thread saved and can send it, or want to explain it that would be appreciated.
