measuring airway size

of course you can get x-rays taken but what's an easy diy way to measure how subhuman you are as a birdcel?
I was thinking how long it takes to completely fill lungs after full exhalation but lots of factors there. another might be how hard you can chin tuck
afaik checking for how much uvula shows when you open your mouth can also be an indication though unsure how precise. thoughts?

I think chin tuck is the best way except for proper x-ray

Ideally youll get sleep apnea test
