Literally just compared the nutritional facts of most vegetables and fruits vs any meat.

Meat is not only high in protein but also micro nutrients, amino acids like L carnitine and creatine etc. We were designed to eat meat as our main nutritional source.

You can't be a vegetarian or vegan without modern help. Not saying it's wrong to be one but meat is the easiest way to have a healthy diet.

List of good stuff :

Beef
Lamb shoulder
Milk
Eggs
Norwegian Trout/Salmon
Traditional Yoghurt
Cheese

I eat my unheated honey and drink raw milk whenever I have a sugar craving.
