what percent fat ground beef do u get and which is best and why

i personally like 15/85, but it’s super expensive, ~9€ for 400g

i think 90% is my favorite

good texture, and half of it doesn't evaporate during cooking

never done shopping on my own i wouldnt know, but i assume the most expensive it is the better
