I’m Indian but thankfully my parents arent retarded enough to be vegetarian so they fed me meat everyday of my life. Not just chicken but beef, goat, pork, eggs, fish, all sorts of meat, along with veggies.
Now I actually escaped turbo manlet status at 5’10 barefoot and my biacromial width is 19 inches, and they are square (flat) shaped. I also have very dimorphic features. Only thing preventing me from ascending is my bf% is too high (29%) but I have a jawline even when I’m fat as fuck. Probably due to chewing all that meat my whole life.
In addition, the fat distributes over my entire body instead of concentrating on my stomach, which looks like shit. This actually makes my upper body look huge jfl, people think I’m on a bulk even tho I’m just a fatass.
Compare that to all the Indians I have as friends and I see in college. Majority are below 5’6, usually 5’3-5’5 and 120lbs. They have 15-16 inch subhuman frames, recessed jawlines, shit muscle definition, thin as fuck wrists, look androgynous with no dimorphic features except a beard to fraud any type of masculinity they can get. Even if they’re skinny, they still have fat that only accumulates in the stomach.
This one beta cuck I know once tagged along with me to the gym and couldn’t even bench 95lbs . He struggled to bench 55lbs for 3 before giving up JFL. Foids were out lifting that subhuman cuck . I’m also faster than all of them, I outran all those cucks in a 100m despite being 70-80lbs heavier.
Take the meatpill. If you’re already a vegetarian/vegan cuck >20 it’s over for you but for all the youngcels that are <16 and lower, get on the meat diet.
