Ik u boys are sad all the time personally not my problem but lets get few things straight

The brain and body are too interconnected, the quality of thought and the thoughts you have are contingent on physical strength.

The acute stress response from HIT high intensity training (mentzer style) is foremost 1. pro-longevity, 2. Pro hypertrophy, 3. Pro dimorphism (masculinizing the body), and 4. finally, pro mental health.

this is a kind of ham handed response from a philosophical thread, but it still holds up. in between lifting weights and dancing is sunlight exposure for depression and mental health.

more specifically leg day is good for keeping the brain healthy as it targets the CNS whereas the upper body does not. you cannot separate the brain and the body. This is an innate and natural truth. before the Greeks debated in the public square it was common for them to lift in the gymnasium (which was right beside the public square) and ride the endorphin high into their speeches.

it should be noted that slaves were not allowed to use the gymnasium, obv because it would have made them stronger, but it probably also would have made them smarter maybe they start writing slave philosophy idk.

There is some other vitamin 50% of people are deficient in but I forgot. There is a difference between deficient and insufficient something like upwards 70% are insufficient in vit D.

NERDS have looked for a way to preserve brain health for a long time WITHOUT lifting weights and lifting weights/exercise consistently shows up over and over again.

honorable mention is the STRONG anti depressant neurosteroid downstream of cholesterol ALLOPREGNANOLONE.. It sits right below progesterone which is used in HRT. We can't really hit the neurosteroid chain effectively as we should, you can kind of with HCG, pregnenolone, etcetera, but unfortunately the only way looks to be progesterone which longterm use can result in being feminized.

We cannot supplement allopregnanolone effectively, though because of how STRONG a natural anti-depressant it is, it is used in extreme medical cases, doctors will hook you up to an IV drip of it while u lay there all sad and stuff.

Both intranasal progesterone and allopregnanolone look promising, progesterone moreso for longterm use as its doesn't hit the body as hard as pills or injectables.
