The medial canthus is a pretty well known feature in the eye area, but might not be so well known as to *how* important it is. More specifically, how important the medial canthal tilt is.
Medial canthal tilt can be the deciding factor between PCT and NCT
Medial canthal tilt cannot be changed via any surgery
Medial canthal tilt might decide how well your taban surgery goes

"Female faces with accentuated medial canthal tilt were preferred 93% of the time over unmodified faces (p < 0.0001)."
How to measure medial canthal tilt:
Medial canthal tilt on models:
O'Pry has only a 12° medial canthal tilt, but it's not a failo since the rest of his eye area is good
Gandy has what would be considered by many here a perfect medial canthus, and to no surprise, his medial canthal tilt is high at 25 degrees, over double of O'Pry's
Eriksen is an extreme example coming in at a whopping 34°. I wouldn't be alone in saying it looks uncanny and doesn't harmonize well with the rest of his eye area
