How to measure medial canthal tilt:

Medial canthal tilt on models:

O'Pry has only a 12° medial canthal tilt, but it's not a failo since the rest of his eye area is good

Gandy has what would be considered by many here a perfect medial canthus, and to no surprise, his medial canthal tilt is high at 25 degrees, over double of O'Pry's

Eriksen is an extreme example coming in at a whopping 34°. I wouldn't be alone in saying it looks uncanny and doesn't harmonize well with the rest of his eye area

Get lean enough hopefully that will remove it as my face shape is diamond so that might be why I have bad fat disturbution when you look at my face now it looks oval but it's really just fat that has taken shape wheres if I fraud and find angles to show my face shape you can see clearly its diamond and not oval

Actually pretty good medial canthal tilt, it's at like 21° which seems to be in the ideal range of 20-30°
