Don't even know how people can get vision loss or some shit from that you just need a small pocket knife ideally disinfect and cut your eyes slowly for like 5 min each side (do microfractures)

Like I said sanitize the pocket knife (don't use a very sharp one) then make small microfractures on the medial canthus go towards your nose it should be a little downturned dont cut too much like I said make small microfractures on each side for 3-5 minutes, that's how I did it

How is this low risk, your face has many veins around your eyes.

If you cut the Facial vein you are going to bleed badly. Not to mention your eye or the high risk of infection. Also I doubt it would scar well.
