Meditation and mindfulness is literally everything if you want to be a different person. Your discipline is shit bc you don't take the time to think or be aware of your surrounding. Your time and attention is valuable af, why do you think tik tok is so addicting? It shortens your attention span with short videos making it hard to use any other platform. It's funny how I literally had 0 motivation to looksmax b/c I was always distracted by copes until I started meditating. Now my mind is clear and I've never looked better.
