atlantids are the most boneless phenotype in europe so that's not that complicated.

almost all examples of 'atlantids' are actually just other phenotypes, not everyone with dark hair and light eyes is atlantid, there's plenty of hallstatts with dark hair too.

they're also not caused by admixture, they just retained ancestral features, most of them are from the UK and the original inhabitants of the UK had light eyes and dark skin/hair, but they're not from southern europe.

Your right about atlantids being close to flabby alpines but I never mentioned you must have dark coloring to be an atlantid. Atlantids can go all the way from South Iberia to Denmark

UK has the most basic atlantid phenotype but they can be very robust because the original cromagnon type is found there too. They also have the original I haplogroup compared to the rest of Europe
