I have a social event that lasts a few days. What are some fast ways to debloat/enhance facial aesthetics before the event. I get hollows when I bust a sweat, so it's a gamechanger for me.
Was thinking of drinking +4 litres of water before 5pm (b4 event)
Doing cardio on the day of the event.
