[WARNING] I know that this is common knowledge so don't come in here saying muh water . I have been scrolling on this forum and I have noticed alot of greycels asking how to debloat and i'm getting sick of it so I made this guide, hope you bottomfeeders enjoy! *This thread is not for fat people.
Staying hydrated is a great step to debloating, I personally would recommend water cycles. For those of you who don't know what water cycles are it's basically a 7 day cycle of drinking different amounts of water, here is the cycle I personally recommend:
Sunday | Drink as little water as possible. |
Monday | 1 gallon |
Tuesday | 1 gallon |
Wednesday | 2 gallons |
Thursday | 1 gallon |
Friday | 1 gallon |
Saturday | 2 gallons |
Watch the Sodium Intake:
Sodium is one major culprit in bloating. Processed foods, fast food, and some seemingly harmless sauces could be salt-laden. Watch your sodium intake and go for whole, unprocessed foods. If you eat to much sodium you will instantly become bloated.

Potassium works in tandem with sodium to regulate your body's fluid balance. By taking in potassium-containing items, you are in essence counteracting the sodium and also reducing your bloated feeling. Some foods I would recommend are Banana chips, coconut water, pomagranite, and raw potatoes.
Exercise
Light to moderate exercise can do wonders for reducing bloating. Its stimulation of blood flow helps move fluids from your tissues to the lymphatic system, which then filters and removes excess fluid. For bigcels you need to run.

Sleep deprivation can wreak havoc on the hormones and fluid balance, adding to the problem of different kinds of facial puffiness. Get about seven to eight hours of sleep quality each night. I would recommend sleeping on your back at a slight angle to reduce bloating.
