Would 120mg Accutane daily be potentially more optimal? I’m currently on 60mg daily and about 50% through my cumulative dose. I’ve recently added hella androgens (test, tren and mast) and acne has got worse. My acne has always been bad but the entirety of my accutane course it has gotten worse. I just want to speed up the process and get off this fuck ass drug. If I were to up it I would do 60mg morning and 60mg night. Someone tell me why this is retarded because I have no patience and need my acne cleared FAST.

high dose is really bad for your kidneys , You have to be patient if you want better results, at least 6 months, and drink plenty of water so the results come faster.

your cooking yourself not only by abusing androgens but megadosing accutane, dont up the dose just wait it will be worth it

Accutane doesn’t go on how months but the amount of pills needed to ingest to be done with treatment and that’s a calculation that you need to do. I need to ingest around 700 pills of 20mg isotretinoin to be done with treatment but use at your own risk. Yes you get finished sooner with treatment and get faster results but on the expense of you kidneys, skin, eyes, lips, endocrine system, growth plate closure and hair
