Hope it's not your only source of protein. Otherwise you'll start to catabolize muscle tissue (and money)

the bone broth comes in packet you pour the contents of the bone broth into a mug that would have for coffee or tea microwave it

I get mine from either an aristian cheese shop or health food store the brand I buy is only available in my country.
