It's too straight so it looks like it has been done by intervention
That being said it works for a dude who looks softmaxxed with good skin/ dread (hair) quality

If you are softmaxxed you can afford to go deeper with having done stuff that doesn't look natural. To really seal the deal he should fix his dark circles, and groom his moustache/beard even more
