Injections (semi-surgical, in a way, I suppose) are another way to legitimately increase your size. Also, your size is more than fine, why'd you want to get to 8.2" x 7.2"? That'd be way too much, mainly due to the girth. I am around your size and I wouldn't want it any bigger (or smaller, for that matter).
