a lot of these will butcher you. You aren’t even maxed out yet.

You are just bloated and or not lean enough.

Your skin texture also needs a trip to the dermatologist.

LL for height is definitely a surgery you will regret because it will most likely be the worst recovery time of your life. It might even fail and you won’t be able to walk.

You don’t need chin implants judging based of the front. Unless you are recessed it’s a waste of money.

Slight forehead reduction is valid.
Lip and Nose reduction is also valid.

Jaw implants are difficult because you are so bloated you don’t even know what your jaw looks like under all that bloat.

Canthoplasty is useless because you have perfectly positively tilted eyes.

Conclusion: Lowering your hairline, fixing your Nose and Lips and getting rid of your bloat will ascend you hard. The rest of the surgeries aren’t necessary at all or atleast for the jaw we wouldn’t know until we see x ray or you debloated.
