Since I don't suppose you can keep it sterile and add the water yourself. Unless you use a syringe just to add injection water to the bottle.

Yes it comes with anti bacterial water too. I'd just keep it in bottle and use as needed.

I just email them using proton mail and they send you their btc wallet address and you pay it and send proof of payment. If you can get bit coin I can pm you the info and instructions straight from the site.

Then write you address.
