I’m currently on Accutane if I go on melanotan will my body collapse and die? Wait to finish Accutane cycle and then go on melanotan?

lol I already did 5 months 20mg but I came back now for the last cycle gonna do a bit more, I have little acne to no acne now, its just I get this ugly white bumps on my face, and blackheads on my nose and Accutane help with that
