I literally can't do it, this shit makes me feel so sick I can't even fall asleep. In return my sleep worsens.

How the fuck niggas be taking that melanotan 2? Not literal niggas, but you get the point...

yeah mt2 nausea’s super common early on, it’s from the peptide hitting your hypothalamus and messing with serotonin + appetite centers. most people get that wave of sickness, especially if they dose too high or pin on an empty stomach.
to make it easier:
start tiny like 100-150mcg per pin for the first few days instead of 250+
always take it after eating fatty food helps a lot (eggs, nuts, milk)
pin before bed so the nausea hits while you’re asleep
stay hydrated + add electrolytes, mt2 can mess with blood pressure slightly
after a week or two your body adapts and the nausea fades. if it doesn’t, you can even split your daily dose into two micro shots (like 100mcg AM, 100mcg PM). still builds the tan, way less sickness.
and yeah, everyone feels that at first it gets better once you’re through the first 5-7 pins.

How do I know how much MT1 I should be injecting daily boss?
Just take it pre-UV exposure.
Adopt a similar protocol to MT2, but taper up faster. Taper up more until you're satisfied with results.

Can u help me find a protocol? I never used MT2 either but MT1 just seems more professional and clean then MT2

Normally works as per most peoples' anecdotes.
I don't really care for being tanned atm so not dosing, but seemingly worked for me, though I got paler regardless due to basically 0 UV in Australian autumn/winter.

tan after pinning mt2, bro ideally within a few hours of dosing. that’s when your melanin activity’s highest and the peptide’s doing its job. you don’t need to tan every time you pin, but doing 2-3 short sessions a week (or just natural sun exposure) right after your dose will speed up the pigmentation a ton. think 10-15 mins max, not frying yourself. once you’re noticeably darker, you can cut back to maintenance pins (like 1-2x/week) and tan less often to hold the color. so yeah, pin, wait a bit, then tan for best results.

yeah that’s actually a fair point. Tanning before bed definitely screws with your sleep. mt2 already messes with serotonin/melatonin balance a bit, and adding bright light or UV exposure on top just keeps your brain wired. if you’re pinning at night to dodge nausea, just don’t pair it with tanning that day. you can still tan the next morning or afternoon mt2’s active window lasts long enough (like 12-24h), so you’ll still get the pigmentation benefit even if you tan later.

that’s probably your best move bro. pinning in the morning and eating right after helps a lot. mt2 nausea hits hardest when you’re running on an empty stomach, so getting some food especially something with carbs + fat can blunt it pretty well. if you’re okay with a bit of discomfort, rawdogging it after breakfast is totally fine just don’t do it completely fasted unless you enjoy feeling like death for 30 mins lol. just keep it consistent and you’ll adapt to the nausea within a few days anyway.
 
take an antihistamine like zertec 20 minutes before
