It's plenty lol, would last you years.
You need an insulin syringe w/ needles, and alcohol wipes, that's it. You can get that shit off Amazon.
Also BAC water obviously for reconstitution.

reconstitution = mixing the powder with bac water to create a solution
just inject the bac water into the vial and let it sit for a few mins

Plenty on YT, you can watch videos about any peptide since the concept of reconstitution is the same.
Very important that you use BAC water, NOT normal water.
