Melanotan expired?

Its been winter and i havent used my MT2 for a while, i stored it in my mini fridge and it broke down on me like 3 months ago but i didnt take the mt2 out and stored it in the fridge again. Would it be dangerous for me to use it again i.e. what could happen?

lyophilisied, but i obviously already had used it so its filled with BAC Water
