Did you read it from Wincel’s old thread because @Extra Chromosome already corrected him on that in his own heightmaxxing thread.

2. The use of melatonin.
Melatonin was used as an AI. While it does block estrogen, it is not enough to be used as an AI for growth.
Melatonin is a good addition for sleep eitherways, so feel free to use it. Aromasin or arimidex will be used instead.

Just use Aromasin, there's no estrogen rebound and you can just lower your dose if you notice it's too strong or stop altogether without and negative efffects
