I literally downed an entire bottle of GNC melatonin once, and I still didn't fall asleep.

I went to bed @ like 8:30pm, fell asleep like 9:30, then wake up @ like 3:30 tossing and turning until my alarm goes off @ 6:20

Then its off to work like the good little goy I am :feelsohgod::feelsohgod::feelsohgod:

Ive tried all different kinds. They never work
you sure you using actual ones that arenโ€™t from some shit like amazon? your body probably doesnโ€™t respond to it well

Idk. My mom uses it all the time and she thinks they work great.

could be because you donโ€™t really move a lot throughout the day which you should to exhaust your body and because youโ€™re staring at a screen for hours on end. the blue light from your screen disrupts your sleep schedule making you have energy late at night

Nah. i work a very physically active job, then go gymcel right after n have a 30 minute walk home at which point Im tera exhuasted and only have enough time to eat and get ready for bed.

Its mostly a mental thing tbh. Stress/anxiety that you need to sleep makes it nearly impossible

yeah, your stress and anxiety play a huge role in your sleep quality. if youโ€™ve got things weighing on your mind or some subconscious worries eating at you, your brain isnโ€™t gonna just shut off. you might feel exhausted, but you wonโ€™t be tired enough to actually fall asleep because your bodyโ€™s still on high alert
