I'm not even just talking about the 80/20 rule or things related to sex. I just mean IN GENERAL. Compared to females the male aesthetic is just crude, inelegant, and ugly.
There are objective, scientific reasons why humans find some things attractive and other things less so. Skin color is a great example. ALL the races of BOTH genders prefer individuals with fairer skin tones and blue or green eyes, because those things look pretty to us.
Same principles apply to aesthetic design.
There is a reason for why harsh, angular and brutalistic architecture is so commonly featured in dystopian science fiction for example: It's because those are the traits that humans sub-consciously associate with crude and inelegant design. Just like humans are naturally drawn toward bright colors, they are also naturally drawn toward smooth elegant shapes.
Feminine and beautiful: Smooth curves, elegant, pretty etc.
Masculine and ugly: Harsh, crude, angular, ugly etc.
Which is why this:
Is considered prettier than this:
Now with that in mind, ask yourself, why is that that women now seem to worship so called 'pretty boys' these days? It's because despite what most of the 'alpha male' copers believe, WOMEN DON'T WANT BRUTISH MEN. Oh sure, they want them to be strong, tall etc. But in terms of facial aesthetics, they want men that LOOK FEMININE.
Even MOST MEN feel this way outside of romantic contexts. There is a reason for why female characters in fiction are so much more popular than male ones even among male viewers. It's because everybody subconsciously thinks males are ugly, and so cannot relate to them. Not even other males. And more often than not the exceptions to the rule are the feminine men/pretty boys.
Even in terms of charisma, women COMPLETELY blow men out of the water. Even so called charismatic men never make me go "wow so much charm", where as there are beautiful and seductive women that absolutely radiate it in all directions.
Men as a gender are OBJECTIVELY less attractive as a whole even outside of sexual relationships. We just be fucking ugly.
