Men have higher standards than women

I was talking to this girl friend I have and she told me that men have higher standards than women

Before I said something stupid, I thought about it and it makes sense.

However, the key distinction is that men's standards are achievable, while women's standards aren't for the vast majority of men

Women find a majority of men unattractive, so for that minority of men they find genuinely attractive they actively lower their standards and even chase these men

So from the perspective of a unattractive man, it may seem that women have high standards such as being wealthy, owning property, being good looking and tall, the only standards they truly care about is being good looking and tall, which you can't naturally achieve if you are not genetically predisposed to being good looking and tall

Men's standards for women, however, are completely achievable through self control (don't be a whore, don't have addictions) and are even basic standards expected of adults (living on your own, driving yourself places, paying your own bills, making rational decisions)

Women only have standards to date them if you're not Chad, and even then they really don't care about them and will never truly love you if you're not.

As I continue living, this reality is more and more often disappointing.

OP didn’t articulate it very well but I got the point.

Women compromise heavily on things that actually matter in order to fulfil their insane and unrealistic looks requirements.

Abusive, cheating, drug using, felon Chad is obviously not a good partner choice. And yet that’s what they go for. Their standards for everything except looks and to some extent money are in the gutter.
