Because you'll look good when you're 20
You'll get a good base
Also helps with GH probably

Cope, I know a guy in my gym that lifts since this age and he looks the best
Also his bones are very well developed probably from the extra GH

Yea they play sports and condition sometimes but they're not gymcels

There's a difference between going to the gym and being a gymrat

Do you guys not know the meaning of conditioning?
I know what conditioning is but you mentioning it clearly shows you’re misinformed. Depending on what part of the year it is athletes will tailor their workout plans.

If the off season just began then they focus on predominantly lifting, when it gets closer to the season they incorporate more and more conditioning

Chads/Tyrones athletes are still gymcelling with weights for months before getting into conditioning but MUHH CHAD DOESNT GYMCEL

Do you because it seems you don’t retard?
Conditioning in sports is the process of training to become physically fit through diet, exercise, and rest

Conditioning includes lifting

Not necessarily that’s why coaches specifically make the distinction when they say Strength and Conditioning.

lifting is a small part of conditioning whereas strength is focused on gaining strength/mass through lifting

Ok yeah fair enough

no men should have to lift

No its not. You should be dedicated to sports during teens. Not lifting heavy objects jfl

my gymcel childhood friend lifted at 15 while i was binging on kebabs all day
now he is a 5'7 manlet and im 6'3.
So don't lift until your puberty ends instead do football or basketball
