It is generally true that living in western culture makes it far harder to maintain relationships. If you want an ltr with a loyal woman try to live in a country with a high rate of stable marriages. I strongly suggest places like non sexpat southeast asia, central asia, the middle east, far eastern europe, and north africa and even east asia. These places tend to cause less pressure to break up relationships then in the west.

If you are not interested in relationships and more concerned with a high power career and personal developement then live in the west. There is a lot of oppurtunity to make something of yourself. The catch is that women generally have bad attitudes and are hard date and you have a more hostile social environment.
