Men’s age is way less important for offspring health than women’s

I was researching this topic and it seems that while an older father brings some risks to the genetic health of the embryo, it is way, way less than that of women.

Generally past 40, the risk of abnormal or low quality genetic loads increases for women by 300-400% whereas for men it’s around a 50% increase.

No wonder older women seethe more. Our sperm is stronger than their eggs for longer.

My mom was like 22 at my birth I think give or take a year and my dad was like 37
