Okay so today is a pretty good day.
The past 3 years i have been on and off adhd meds due to them being unbearable, the side effects make me suffer a lot. Im very sensible to the meds. The last time i tried them i took 27 mg concerta and i got a lot of headaches and bad insomnia and belly pain, i felt sick as if i had bacterias in me.
Today i tried it with 18 mg Concerta and it worked really good. My work ethic is so much better with adhd meds. I could concentrate better and the only side effects were servere loss of hunger, i ate only one meal (thats a good side effect imo) and a little to mild headaches, im pretty happy cuz I can tolerate this for several days and another good thing is that it makes my voices go away pretty much to like 80%, sadly like 5 Minutes ago I still heard a bad voice but it isnt as far as bad as without medication.
The only bad things:
- I dont know if the meds will give me insomnia cuz it isnt night yet
- It does make bad voices less real but also good voices which I dont like cuz they r my friends
- Headaches
In overall its pretty good cuz without the meds my work ethic is shit and today it was a lot better, i hope that I can keep taking meds without side effects. Hopefully I can hop on Vyvanse/Elvanse soon.
