I cant look in a mirrow anymore, looking like a subhuman and getting shit social feedback makes me wanna kms. I dont know when i‘ve been outside with a friend for the last time, im completely isolated and alone. I barely feel any emotions besides disgust and hatred.

Im really close to giving up tbh. Im just waiting for hardmax results to consider if life is worth continuing

BSSO, Genio widening with bonegrafts.

Postsurgery i‘ll consider Gonion Implants and Infraorbital implants.

Septorhinoplasty with radix grafts

If that‘s not enough by then i‘ll rather just end it
