If you’re behind in friends, work, looks, confidence (mental problems, adopt the 8 day work week for yourself.
You will still work the 7, but mentally all of your “internal work” will be based on the 8. This includes gym, yoga, reading, etc. the 8 day split allows more time than your regular 7 day work week which only allows focus on either physical or mental but not both. Pick two habits and split them 4 days each.
Read 4 days and workout 4 days. Or workout 4 days and do yoga the other 4. Or whatever new thing you want to learn do it for 4 days and the other 4 days either rest or do the other habit you want to learn on and once you’ve succeeded and conquered something where it’s automated in your mind (this only applies to mental problems or having read enough books to not gaf about knowledge anymore) move back to the 7 day work week with gym or whatever hobby 4 days a week with a 3 day rest.
The basis of this is to be able to master two things the same time without one mogging the other but the 7 day work week will always cause one to mog the other because the two aren’t split evenly and 2 days a week for each won’t work because it’s too little time spent.
The new week for those with burdens (Untermensche’s):
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Belasten
Belasten - meaning “last” and “burden”
You cannot remove Belasten until you have conquered your deep rooted core problems effecting your days, once removed you can go back to the regular 7 day work week as an Ubermensche
