tl:dr - dude fresh out the mental hospital has to fight a felony for running from what he presumed to be an ice agent, and he believes he can win without a lawyer
If you read the tl:dr, you already know what the topic is. The reason why I know I'm getting this shit either thrown out or reduced is because 1. this nigga was following me for 17 miles beforehand, and he only turned his lights on when I started running away (the cop is in an all black vehicle, its 12 am at night, first day of the month, and I'm deadass just trying to drive back to school), 2. when I got back to my dormitory (I'm in a fucking 21 year old corolla and he's in a truck and I still managed to get a mile gap on his ass), I immediately ran inside and my dumbass parked the car under a light pole out of fear -- but that may help in my defense --, and when these niggas found my car this nigga came into the dormitory with a shotgun looking for my ass, and thank God I dragged him through 2 different counties because a different deputy found me hiding in the closet instead of him (he probably would've put me on a t-shirt if he found me), 3. I live in one informal ass state, and since I plan on fighting this without the aid of a lawyer they'll probably underestimate me severely and not even bother planning a good legal defense. I know that regardless of whether they do or don't plan a good legal defense, I know my rights and I have all the tools in the world to win this case (AI to check the laws of my state, my own recollection of what happened that night, etc.), and I'll say the truth and nothing but the truth, because I have nothing to hide. It's either I win and I graduate, or I lose, go to jail/juvie, and then come back out and get another year of highschool for free (in which I would just hyperfocus on sports, as learning has always been easy for me and I love playing basketball, so I'd just hoop all year round)
