How am I mentally ill if I want to max out my bone structure. You can call it "BDD", but that BDD exists out of knowing the truth behind interaction, not out of some pure delusion.

My contention with your post is thinking you’d get to cl or Chad with the base that you have. Expecting those results will make you go down a dark road, just be realistic. You’re also actually considering obo, which still looks like shit and isn’t viable in 2025.

Also most high iq users know this already, but height was never the problem. I’m guessing your 5’10, and you want tibia lengthening

It is viable, CosmicMaxxer proved it. His eyes look bad due to other surgeries that were botched not the obo itself. This is to the best of my knowledge. As long as the OBO doesn't get botched the result should be mogger. Have you seen the guy with orange hair. If he didn't have that weird scarring and weird thing going on with his inner canthuses, it would be the best results from OBO I've ever seen.

I am 5 foot 9, it would be nice to be 5'11. And I've only recently started considering so I probably won't even do it. But it would be a nice boost, yknow.

I'm yet to talk with RSM about OBO. If the results truly are that bad, I'm sad.

OBO, LF2+DJS, Implants, Soft Tissue Work, Fat Grafting would easily make me a Chadlite at least, assuming everything went to plan.

I dont think I could be chadlite without the OBO.

She wouldn't know what happened, but she would agree that the second looks normal and not uncanny, average per say, which would then lay the foundation for all the other osteotomies that would make me CL/C.

If CL isn't happening, I pity myself. But I'll talk to RSM and see the best path forward. I will never get a surgery if the result is going to leave me uncanny.
