ironically the surgeon i paid the least for did the best job. I had otoplasty that was a 10/10 job done for only $2k in the US and tip rhinoplasty done for $4k which was 10/10.

I paid $10k for scar revisions that the nigga botched tf out of.

no i've only got one rhino, and it was just the tip. I was too passive on it and need more done. It was my first surgery so i wanted to play it safe and the surgeon some what coped me into believing a slight bridge hump is more masculine.

yea bro if you find some surgeons in the midwest they'll legit do it so much cheaper. The dude was literally ivy league 4.0 from bachelors to fellowship smart asf and a great surgeon. Most of the people who charge the most are just good marketers than good surgeons.

What you pay for is basically the surgeons experience, his aesthetic eye and good medical treatment during and after the surgery. Many surgeons in U S especially are massively overcharging their customers. I personally dont plan to get any surgeries in thr US. Its best to go to places like Italy, Turkey, Italy etc

tbh the best positive correlation you can probably for a surgeon's results is the number of procedures and reviews they have listed on realself. how can you expect a surgeon to be good at a procedure he does twice a year who charges $30k and has ivy league degrees etc vs a surgeon who charges $5k for a surgery but does it every other day. clearly the guy who does it every other day is going to be better as he can see the results of his work on a daily basis and judge what works and what doesn't. no amount of education and credentials can compensate for a lack of experience in a procedure.

It's why so many of these idiot surgeons can get away with shady marketing practices.

The doctor i had my rhino with specializes in rhinos tho and had like 30 reviews on realself. and he only charged me $4k for tip plasty and $6k for full rhino and my dumbass went with tip plasty only.
