Double Hamburger (No ketchup. Carbs) and free Medium French Fries.
I only went to McDonald's once in the last month. I am trying to cut back on carbs (thought I bought a shit load of instant ramen 2-3 weeks ago because it was on sale for 25c/3oz).

At McDonald's if I'm trying to watch my carbs I'll get a Triple cheeseburger (higher beef to bread ratio) or a Sausage n Egg McMuffin (lots of fat and protein in sausage and eggs). Some people do the no bun shit but it seems pointless to go to McDonald's if you do that. So I prefer to get extra beef with their small bun. Rather than get their bigger burgers with the bigger buns.

If I'm not watching what I eat and don't care to save money:

Pizza Hut actually had a poutine pizza for a limited time. KFC Gravy sauce instead of tomato sauce. And cheese curds and KFC french fries on mozzarella cheese. It tasted really good. But then the gravy on the pizza started to taste funny eventually. I wonder if they changed the recipe or started to cook it differently. I stopped ordering it and then they discontinued it completely. Or maybe I just got sick of it after awhile. Their poutine pizza used to be my favourite pizza.
