Only reason Ronaldo has more instagram followers and is more famous/has more casual fans is beacuse he is better looking, nt, and has superstar lifestyle. Same reason Beckam is more famous than any other player from his era, even though there were multiple players better than Beckam at the time.

Messi is short, not good looking, autist, boring personality, doesn't speak english and less appeal to women.

That is the only reason Messi is less popular for casuals.

Thinking Ronaldo is better than Messi is such an objectively wrong opinion.
