Met with Oral surgeon for double jaw surgery

I just saw an oral and maxillofacial surgeon a few days ago and he wants to move my maxilla and mandible 6 mm each forward and reduce my chin by 4 mm. I feel like these movements are too small and that I need larger movements. He’s a pretty big named surgeon in the united states but I still feel like those movements are too conservative. Can you guys tell me if you think 6mm is too small?
