If you didn't know you can effectively reprogram when your body releases grehlin (your hunger hormone) throughout the day through habit. If you eat 3 times a day you are training your body to spike grehlin and roughly 3 different times througought the day. Giving you 3 windows to eat food, if you're a natural obese fuck like myself thats 3 windows to overeat.
Presently I'm not using reta cause I'm on adderall and if I was using reta I wouldn't be able to eat at all. However consolidating the vast majority of my caloric consumption (except for pre workout carbs) at the end of the day 6-10 PM usually. I legit don't get hungry during the day even when not using stims.
You are in more control of your bodies hormonal state than you think. It's 2026 don't be a slave to food.
Food is functionally a dopaminergic drug and I've noticed the less I "use" the less desire I have to eat slop period.
This is conjuncigton w stims like caffeine, amphetamine, ritalin, modafinil is a pretty functional fat loss stack.
I've been employing for 3 weeks now w excellent results.
