Anyone have any experience with it? On Testosterone maybe?

be more specific

Interesting, thought more of taking it for weight loss tbh a little mini cut before I start a bulk cycle
As far as height goes I capped out at 185cm (6'1) at 14 so that's a dead end lmao

You guys take metformin for weight loss? doesn't sound like a good idea. The height thing i'm not sure about but if your growth plates are closed, it isn't going to help.

Metformin activates SIRT1, which stimulates growth plate chondrogenesis (transformation of cartilage into new bone near growth plates).

So you're saying it can make you taller even after your plates have been fused? i find that very hard to believe. Otherwise people who have been taking it should experience some growth but they don't. I know family members who have taken this for quite a many years and no growth of any kind was experienced.

A conservative estimate is 1 cm extra height in young people. Metformin hasn't been shown to reopen growth plates. More research needs to be done on those possibilities. I believe relaxin and vosoritide are the only proven ones to make you taller after closure.

So Metformin doesn't affect height in people with closed plates. I've never heard of relaxin/vosoritide but i just don't see how anything is going to work and increase your height after your plates are closed. I'm late 20s and i'm fairly certain no drugs are going to make me taller. Maybe if you're 16-18 you might get something.

If you can find an pharma bro to inject relaxin for you, you'd gain 2-3 inches in height.

Vosoritide is only prescribed to dwarves atm.

The problem with metformin is that it blunts the effect of exercise. It lowers testosterone/muscle building capability. It'd only be acceptable to take metformin on days off from the gym.

HIIT > metformin for height growth, muscultre, and testosterone levels.

Metformin is good for weight loss, but you'll also LOSE muscle. Metformin antagonizes IGF/protein synthesis, just like Berberine.

Did a bit of searching and so far this is what i've come up with.
most likely less than 0.01% of women either secrete relaxin or experience height growth with it, more have said their foot size has gotten larger and some have even claimed anywhere from 1-3 inches of height. Again this is a very tiny % of women who get pregnant so who knows. I will do more research on this, genuinely curious why only a tiny % of pregnant women secrete it and how it's affecting height post closure of plates (most likely elongating spine?)
It's extremely expensive, one reddit guy claims he knows someone who injected it for 4 weeks for only $13000, other sources say you need to be a millionaire to even consider it.
People claim it elongates your spine which seems logical and there's a post on another looksmax forum that it can make your pelvis/hip wider which is a terrible thing for men.
Seems near impossible to get this, i would unironically give it a shot regardless of the risks because i hate being a manlet so much. There's also the redditfag talking about the vitrubian guy and his video that i saw a while back about stretching during sleep but that seems like cope.

Relaxin is also in your semen. Semen retention could indirectly increase height (or reach your otherwise potential).

hip widening can be solved with a post partum hip belt btw

I don't think this would make a huge difference a month before a cycle, no?

are you currently working out while cutting? if so there's no reason to take metformin except on your days off. metformin will cause you to lose muscle mass
