I get the overall idea of hardmaxxing/surgery but I dont quite understand how you go about doing it; I see lots of people go to other countries mainly turkey and thailand but cant seem to find out why? Also I have no idea how people out of the know would go around getting in contact with a plastic surgeon.

The same way you get in contact with anyone else... Go to surgeons website. Find "contact us" section. Fill out webform or send them an email.
